Spotlight Armenia:  What would EPP have done had Yanukovich and his party been its member?

Brussels, 29 January 2016—On 28 January Raffi K. Hovannisian (Heritage Party, Armenia) addresses European People's Party (EPP) Political Assembly on Armenia's falsified referendum, political prisoners, and its anti-democratic state of emergency;  the Mountainous Karabagh Republic's (Artsakh's) rightful sovereignty and territorial integrity; Azerbaijan's continuing war of aggression against Artsakh, Armenia, as well as its own citizens; the conflicts of interest of certain European officials and the imperative for equal application of truly European benchmarks to all of the above.
